Sonia Gandhi was advised to shift out of Delhi and avoid the bad air quality and pollution in the national capital owing to her “chronic chest infection”. Earlier this month, the Education department had issued permission to re-open educational institutions in physical mode from November 21, but asked them to initially start with only class X and XII students.
