Bajrang Dal leader Viraj Desai has alleged the Headmistress of a Cuncolim school reportedly told students not to wear Raksha Bandhan bands after certain days. Preliminary inquiry by Cuncolim police, however, revealed that one of the students was coming to school with sacred threads on his hand and the parents were reportedly called for an inquiry.
